Position Overview

The Head of HR will lead GMPLI’s human resources strategy, building policies, programs, and processes that support the company’s growth and align with its values of quality, customization, reliability, and innovation. This role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with GMPLI’s goals and culture.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage performance review processes, career development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Develop and administer employee engagement, recognition, and training programs.
  • Advise leadership on organizational design, compensation, and benefits strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
