Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that drive GMPLI’s growth and operational excellence. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s vision of providing high-quality, compliant, and customized GMP-grade products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for strategic company initiatives.
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate project status to the CEO and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with GMP and regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software.
