Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring efficient daily operations and seamless communication across the organization. This role will handle scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and coordination of executive meetings, while maintaining strict confidentiality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and agendas.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
