Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Overview
The CFO will lead GMPLI’s financial strategy, ensuring the company maintains strong fiscal health while enabling sustainable growth. This role will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance, while providing strategic insights to guide executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support GMPLI’s business objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and leadership team on investment and growth opportunities.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and funding strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of senior financial management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations in a high-growth environment.
