Position Overview

The EHS Manager will develop, implement, and oversee GMPLI’s environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and GMP safety regulations. This role will partner with all departments to maintain a safe, compliant, and sustainable facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead EHS compliance programs, training, and audits.
  • Develop safety policies and ensure adherence across operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses for facility processes.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee waste management, chemical handling, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of EHS experience in regulated manufacturing, preferably pharma or biotech.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and GMP safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
