Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that drive GMPLI’s growth and operational excellence. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s vision of providing high-quality, compliant, and customized GMP-grade products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for strategic company initiatives.
  • Coordinate resources across departments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate project status to the CEO and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects comply with GMP and regulatory requirements where applicable.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
