Position Overview
The Warehouse Manager will oversee the operations of GMPLI’s storage and distribution facility, ensuring the secure, compliant, and efficient handling of GMP-grade materials and products. This role will manage warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and enforce strict adherence to GMP, FDA, and global regulatory requirements for regulated and sterile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain compliance with GMP standards for handling and storing regulated products.
- Implement inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams to resolve product or inventory issues.
- Oversee facility organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Experience with regulated product handling and controlled environments.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
